Medical Records Clerk
POSITION
Summary:
The Medical Records Clerk has a keen eye for detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to multitask on a team.

Responsibilities:
Maintain all medical records in accordance with federal and state guidelines, as well as established Standards of Care and Facility policies and procedures to ensure that a complete medical record program is maintained.
Collect and assemble patient records, while ensuring that patient records are accurately processed from admission to discharge QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent GED Must be able to handle a variety of projects/tasks simultaneously Must have strong written and verbal skills 1-3 years of HIM or medical records experience preferred
