Job
Responsibilities:
Collaborate on best practices to achieve business objectives.
Manage and document all systems configuration changes in adherence to Change Management Policy.
Have a firm understanding other critical systems that integrate with Encompass Analyze vendor documentation and/or technical specifications of any release to assess testing, deployment, reconfiguration needs.
Support end-users by troubleshooting and conducting advanced analysis when necessary.
Monitor outstanding inquiries to ensure resolution within defined Service Level Agreement.
Define application and/or procedural problems by conferring with users to evaluate current processes and procedures.
Create, recommend, and deploy new encompass functions, capabilities, and integrations.
Work with programmers and software developers to define solutions for system or client issues.
Perform user acceptance testing, advise on business change implications and produce user documentation in order to support and enable the implementation of new programming.
Collaborate with internal business partners and existing resources to develop a solid understanding of our business, procedures, and operations.
Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
Maintain documentation for reference by regulators, auditors and management.
Adhere to defined system standards.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
2-4 Years Experience with Encompass Settings Experience with Encompass integrations including OB, TPO Connect, LO Connect, Smart Fees and other Ellie Mae Network services.
At least 2 years mortgage industry experience.
At least 2 years of related customer service experience.
An Associate's degree or equivalent in related field.
Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite; especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
ConnectWise and Microsoft SharePoint experience a plus.
Abilities and Skills Frequently required to read and communicate through Teams Chat Ability to type quickly and accurately (40
WPM); knowledge and use of basic keyboard commands (Ctrl+c, Ctrl+v, etc.
).
