If so, Donaldson, a leader in the multi-family property management industry, has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team!Donaldson is looking for a a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Leasing Consultant for a 389-unit residential apartment located in Annadale, VA (Fairmont Gardens Apartments).
Applicant will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional leasing experience, marketing, outreach, resident retention, property tours, and renewing contracts.
The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Leasing experience a plus.
Must be able to work weekends and some evenings.
